Targeted towards middle-management looking to scale the corporate ladder and CEOs who want to further up their corporate game, this C-suite executive personalised coaching programme will be a bespoke training experience where our team of experts will coordinate with clients to provide them with a personalised learning experience that suits their needs and operational structure. Here too, virtual sessions can be accommodated. 
THE PROCESS 

DISCOVERY & PLANNING
We begin by discussing the overall concept, define objectives, highlight key messages and mutually agree on outcomes desired by way of the training module. This stage can usually be achieved through one or two meetings.

PROGRAMME CREATION & APPROVAL
The Gulf Business Academy team then puts together an incredible programme, creates a full event presentation proposal which will detail all the promotional materials and handouts, learning tools and programme outline. Each programme is custom-made to fit the clients' needs.  

PRE-EVENT PLANNING & EXECUTION
Whether you decide to organise the event in-house or outsource it to Gulf Business, the planning and execution will be coordinated by a team of seasoned professionals within the Gulf Business Academy team. Deadlines and a timeline will be set against event deliverables.

ONBOARDING EVENT FOR MANAGERS
With all Gulf Business Academy events, the client’s senior team must be on board with the programme before its activation. This ensures complete alignment within the organisation so that the desired objectives of all stakeholders are achieved.This is also important to increase the buy-in and builds unity before the event, which is crucial to the success of any event.
